Questions About Joining

Most roles are fully remote. Some positions (particularly client-facing and hybrid roles in Nashik) have occasional in-office requirements. Each job listing specifies the location type clearly.

Our process has 3 steps: a brief intro call (30 min), a technical/skills assessment (take-home or live depending on role), and a final interview with the team lead. We aim to complete the process within 2 weeks.

Occasionally we open junior roles and internship positions. If you're a fresher with a strong portfolio or open source contributions, send your CV anyway — we'll keep it on file for the next available opportunity.
