We primarily use Figma, which enables real-time collaboration, easy developer handoff, and version history. All deliverables are provided as organised Figma files with components, auto-layout, and annotated specs. We can also deliver in Adobe XD if required.

A design system includes: a colour palette with usage rules, typography scale, spacing system, component library (buttons, forms, cards, modals, navigation), iconography guidelines, and Figma documentation. We can also set up a Storybook implementation for your dev team.

Our standard process includes two rounds of revisions per major deliverable (wireframes, UI screens, prototype). We have found this is sufficient when we run proper discovery upfront. Additional rounds are available at a daily rate if needed.

Yes — we can run a phased redesign: audit the existing product, identify the highest-impact areas, and roll out improvements incrementally with A/B testing to validate each change before full deployment.
