About This Project

NestFinder Realty is an Ahmedabad-based real estate developer with 8 active residential projects ranging from affordable housing to premium villas. They had 3 separate, outdated project websites that were not generating enquiries, no virtual tour capability, and a manual WhatsApp lead process that was losing prospects at scale. We built a consolidated property portal that unified all 8 projects, integrated 360° virtual tours for 6 projects, and automated their lead qualification and WhatsApp routing pipeline.

Fragmented Digital Presence

Three separate websites for different projects, each with inconsistent branding, different contact flows, and separate analytics — making performance measurement impossible.

Poor Local Search Visibility

None of the three websites ranked competitively for local searches. Competitor developers were capturing all organic traffic for high-value Ahmedabad property keywords.

Manual WhatsApp Lead Chaos

Sales team was managing hundreds of WhatsApp enquiries manually with no CRM integration, leading to leads falling through the cracks and inconsistent follow-up.

No Virtual Tour Capability

Built a custom Next.js property portal with individual project pages, filterable property listings, floor plan viewer, and a dynamic availability status system updated via a simple admin panel.

360° Virtual Tour Integration

Integrated Matterport virtual tours for 6 projects, embedded within project pages with mobile-optimised viewing and a WhatsApp CTA overlay encouraging post-tour enquiry.

WhatsApp Lead Automation

WABA-powered chatbot qualifying leads by budget, BHK preference, and timeline before routing to the appropriate project sales executive — reducing unqualified enquiries by 68%.

Hyperlocal SEO Architecture

Created dedicated landing pages for each micro-market ("2 BHK flats in Bopal", "villas in Gandhinagar"), with structured data, Google Maps embeds, and localised content.

LeadSquared CRM Integration

All website, WhatsApp, and form enquiries flow directly into LeadSquared with source attribution, project tagging, and automated follow-up task creation for the sales team.

Full Marketing Analytics Stack

GA4 with custom conversion events, Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and a Google Data Studio dashboard giving the management team real-time lead performance visibility.
